What does the state charge?
Every state sets its own filing fee, from $35 in Montana to $500 in Massachusetts. It is paid to the state, not to us, and you see the exact amount before you pay.
Do I need a registered agent?
Yes. Every state requires one at a physical address in that state. Advanced and Premium include ours for the first year, then it renews at $199 a year. On Starter you can add it for $99.
What renews each year?
Advanced and Premium plans renew annually, as do registered agent and compliance services after the first year. Renewal prices are shown before you buy, so there are no surprises.
Is the AI going to file something without me?
